The Documentary Stamp Tax Return for Nonregistered Taxpayers' Unrecorded Documents (Form DR-228) is used to report documentary stamp tax on unrecorded documents. Any person with five or more taxable transactions per month must register with the Department or Revenue and file DR-225.
